Horse Massaging?

Nice Washington Post article on one of the Institute for Justice's latest cases. Woman massages horse. Woman recieves cease and desist letter from state veterinary racket. I feel like I've heard this story before. Oh right.

Note: I worked as a law clerk at IJ during my 3L year, and will probably post on some of their more intersting cases from time to time.
